Francisca is the Practice Manager and a member of the firm’s Capital Market, Islamic Finance, Corporate Secretarial and Litigation teams. She advises international and indigenous clients on structuring and financing diverse infrastructure projects; syndicated capital market transactions; and other commercial transactions. She was a crucial part of the team that advised Family Homes Funds Limited in connection with the first corporate sukuk issuance in Nigeria for the financing and construction of residential houses for low-income earners. She has been involved in a wide range of matters, including general corporate advisory and litigation.
